Shentong Valve (Wenzhou) Co., Ltd company is professional in producing power station valve, gate/globe/check valve, butterfly valve, ball valve, control valve, forged steel valves, stainless steel valves and so on.ST valve is able to produce special valves, such as power station valve, Oil and gas valve, metal seated valve, large diameter gas liquid fast closing butterfly valve etc., our products is suitable for used in many kinds of complex working conditions, like high temperature, high pressure, corrosion resistance, wear resistance.Especially in Wenzhou , ST valve have special equipments in producing big size valves. Our product diameter range is from 1/2” to 320”.Gate valve diameter range is from 1/2”-104”. Butterfly valve diameter range is from 1/2”-320”. nominal pressure range is PN0.01 ~ 42Mpa, 125LB ~ 4500LB; the valve working temperature range is -196℃ to 1200℃. Main materials is cast iron, carbon steel, stainless steel, low temperature steel, duplex stainless steel, Hastelloy, nickel alloy, aluminum bronze, titanium alloy, cobalt alloy, ceramics etc.."
Shentong Valve (Wenzhou) Co., Ltd company own 280 KW electric heat treatment furnace, 13 meters removeable vertical lathe, 5 meters DC-VBM, plasma spraying, supersonic spray coating, plasma welding, carbon dioxide welding and other sophisticated and special process control equipment;Equipped with RT, MT,UT,dye penetrant inspection series of advanced NDT equipment and method; ST valve also has the chemical composition analysis, metallographic analysis, mechanical properties test, hardness test, wall thickness measurement, the valve life test, low temperature test, fire test and 2800 tons of ultra high pressure large diameter valve performance testing equipment ."
